About you
We are currently seeking a Banksman with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team at Kirkham. If you are trained and certified as a Banksman, holding a CSCS or CPCS card, we want to hear from you.
Your role will be crucial in ensuring the safety and coordination of moving vehicles and machinery on our site. Requirements
Direct and coordinate the movement of vehicles and machinery on-site
Provide clear and precise signals to operators during manoeuvres
Ensure that all safety protocols and guidelines are strictly adhered to
Conduct regular safety briefings for vehicle operators
Collaborate with the construction team to plan and execute safe movement procedures
Maintain clear communication with equipment operators and other team members
